I use Kerax 4600 for my snap bars and my finished bars with this mould measure approx 100mm x 75mm x 15mm and roughly 75-80g in weight. I have also tested this with a soft wax (rapeseed & coconut) but it is up to you to decide whether your wax is capable of managing fine detail, raised lines etc.

This mould is made with a 3D printed template. Although we do our best to prepare these moulds for a smooth finish there may well be some lines or marks.

These moulds can be heated to temperatures up to 200 degrees although I personally recommend around 100 degrees. Warming your moulds can help give a smoother, shinier finish to your bars although some pitting can still occur
