FAQ's

Do I need to pay a design/template charge with every mould or every order?
No.  This is a one off charge for the initial design time and for us to create the master template that is used to make your moulds.

Will anyone else be allowed to purchase moulds with my design?
No.  If you have paid a design/template fee then that design is exclusive to you.  We do however reserve the right to use elements of any designs in a new design

Do you keep the master template or is it sent to me?
Unless you have requested to be sent the master template we will keep hold of it in case you would like to order more moulds in the future.  We will then hold on to it for 1 year after which time it will be disposed of.  You are very welcome to request the template at anytime during this period. (Postage will be required).
**Please note we are only responsible for damages to the template whilst it is in our possession.  If it is with you and breaks we will not replace unless a new template fee is paid. Template housing will not always be included**

Must each cavity have the same design?
No you can have a different design on each cavity if you wish

Do you offer a discount for multiple moulds?
Yes we do.  If your order is over £300 we offer a 10% discount on your moulds.  15% on orders over £500

Refunds or exchanges are not available on custom orders


Our mould templates are made using 3D printed PLA or engraved acrylic sheets.
Whilst we make every effort to make our templates smooth and mark free there maybe lines and marks on your moulds.
We use 5mm thick acrylic sheets to make most of our templates which means that there will be lines around the sides of your moulds where the sheets have been layered
